- ONU Senior Thomas Adam's running log comments after Saturday's Great Lakes Regional. Adam, who finished 10th at OAC just two weeks ago was an impressive 6th overall in a region loaded with quality individuals.

Ford Named Week 3 Runner-of-the-Week

Mount Union senior Dustin Ford (Canton/Massillion Perry) finished first among 131 runners, while the team took home the title at the Penn State-Behrend Invite last week. Ford covered the 8k course in a time of 27:14.

Other nominees: Devin Butcher of Heidelberg who finished first among a field of 91 runners, while the team took home the title at Marietta's Carl Broughton Invitational. Butcher covered the 8k course in a time of 27:45.

Ford became the second Mount Union Raider to earn Runner-of-the-Week honors after only three weeks of competition of this early 2008 season.
